This policy describes current data handling. A request is not confirmation of deletion.
Developer
DrawBravo is provided by 岳野, an individual developer. Contact: calminsight@hotmail.com.
Offline play
All 80 levels, 1–8 player games and settings work offline. Progress, bests and recent rounds stay on your device.
Android game records use device-key encryption; display settings are stored separately. Updates keep your data. Uninstalling may permanently lose your anonymous account and records.
Going online
New installs connect over HTTPS and create an anonymous account automatically. Rankings refresh when opened. Play stays available offline. Drawings upload only after you join the leaderboard. Updates preserve opt-outs and deletions.
Players share one account. Rankings show your name or public ID, level best, time and rank. Authentication secrets stay private. Leaving stops uploads, not cloud storage.
Scores and retention
Uploads include anonymous account and submission IDs, level, seat, coordinates, timing and rule version. The scoring program does not save raw coordinates in the scores database. While receiving larger requests, the reverse proxy may buffer request bodies in temporary server disk files. This is request processing, not a gallery. We do not promise that the entire processing chain never writes to disk.
Accounts, names and bests stay until deleted. Older seat scores remain for compatibility. Score and name request receipts last 30 days; deletion receipts last 7 days. Cleanup may take one extra scheduled cycle. Pending drawings stay on-device for a 7-day upload window; expired items are removed on the next queue cleanup and are not sent.
Servers and logs
The API and database run in Tencent Cloud’s Beijing, China region (ap-beijing), using HTTPS. No ads or behavior-tracking SDKs.
Encrypted backups are scheduled to expire within 14 days. A separate log of installation-ID HMACs and deletion times reapplies deletions after a restore. Entries with no active account expire after a 14-day window.
We keep 14 access-log rotations and 7 error-log rotations. Empty logs do not rotate, so these are not fixed day limits. Dedicated API and website-page access logs record path, time, method, status, response size and processing time, without IPs, User-Agent or authentication headers. Some paths contain submission IDs that can link to an account. Error logs may contain IPs and request details for troubleshooting. Website and API visits can be logged even with rankings off.
Sharing
Images are made offline. They contain the selected drawing, score and caption; valid past ranks are labeled. You choose the receiving app. We never send automatically.
Images cached for over 24 hours are cleared at the next launch or share. Network checks, browser access and haptics serve only their named features.
Your controls
About → Connection: stop uploads.
About → Game data: clear local records, or delete this account's cloud data after authentication and confirmation. Cloud deletion gives you a new ID but keeps local progress.
You can also email us. A public username alone does not prove ownership.
Support and reports
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and attachments to reply, verify deletion requests and review abusive names. Microsoft Outlook handles email; Tencent Cloud hosts the API and database. Do not send credentials or sensitive ID documents. There is no fixed response, processing or email retention period promised, and no confirmed automatic email expiry schedule. A request is not proof of deletion. Hidden-player lists stay on your device.
Audience and availability
DrawBravo is prepared for a general audience aged 13 and above, not specifically for children. Store ratings do not authorize collecting children’s data. Guardians can contact us about a minor’s data. We plan a free release. The initial iOS release excludes mainland China, Vietnam, Afghanistan and Morocco. Availability will depend on the published store listing; the app is not yet available to download. Online use outside China sends data to our server in Beijing, China. Support email is handled by Microsoft Outlook; its processing location depends on that service and is not guaranteed to be only in China. Policy updates appear in the app and on the website.
